Hi,

I’m Kelly, and I've been making games for 4 years. It’s the best work ever!

I owned and led the complete design of shipped games from pitch to ship, delivering playable prototypes and final releases, and received overwhelmingly positive feedback from the public. I’ve been fortunate to work with talented people to bring these games to life.

I am a game system and content designer, UX designer, artist, and storyteller. As someone active in the pan-cultural sphere, I blend elements from different areas to create worlds and experiences that offer different kinds of fun.

In my blog, I show the process of analyzing and playing games across all genres and platforms to assess their mechanics, strengths, weaknesses, and market impact, applying these insights to deliver innovative game and feature designs in shipped projects.

Why become a designer?

Designing games combines my passions and skills. I love movies, books, and other art forms, but games are magical because they offer unique, interactive entertainment. Games can bring joy to people's lives, expanding the small portion of positive emotions we feel.

I prefer to create something meaningful. When you play my games, I hope you can feel an emotional connection or learn something valuable from the experience. My goal is to design intuitive and enjoyable games that leave you with insights or takeaways.

Also I usually do UX designer, artist, and programming roles. UX design is essential for the gameplay, especially if it considers how to increase engagement. Art is also a part of leading the gameplay. Coding is a way to achieve my design goals.

Sometimes I also handle writing and audio, especially when working in small teams. These elements are all part of game design, and I enjoy blending them together to create magical worlds for everyone.
